Who we are
2BKK is a web development studio in Bangkok, Thailand. This site is 2bkk.com. You can reach us at hey@2bkk.com.
What we collect
Contact form: your name, email address, the company or website you enter, the budget range you pick and your message. We also record the time and the IP address of the submission to filter spam.
Analytics: when analytics is enabled, Google Analytics 4 records page views and clicks on contact buttons. We turn off advertising features and do not send it your name or email. Automated browsers are not tracked.
Server logs: our server and the CDN in front of it keep standard access logs with IP address, user agent and the pages requested, for security and error diagnosis.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to protect the site from abuse, and to see which pages are useful. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Where it goes
Form messages are sent to our mailbox through Brevo, an email delivery service, and stay in our mailbox.
Analytics data is processed by Google. Server logs stay on our server and are rotated automatically.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: as long as we work together or for up to two years after the last contact. Server logs: up to 90 days. Analytics: as configured in Google Analytics, at most 14 months.
Cookies
The site itself sets no cookies. Google Analytics, when enabled, sets its own cookies to tell returning visitors apart. You can block them in your browser; the site works without them.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email hey@2bkk.com and we reply within one working day. If you are in the EU or the UK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. In Thailand the Personal Data Protection Act applies.
