Where is the server?
In Europe, with a CDN that serves Thailand and the rest of the world from the nearest edge. For Thai-only audiences we can host in Singapore or Bangkok.
What happens when the site goes down at night?
Automated checks restart the container and alert us. We look at every incident and tell you what happened.
Can we leave?
Yes. The code, the container images and the data are yours. We document the setup so any provider can take it over.
